Warranty Work

As warranty agents for Fujitsu, Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric, the Jadair Electrical team are happy to facilitate your warranty claims. If the diagnosed fault is not covered under the manufacturers part and labour warranty, the service call will be the responsibility of the customer. For any warranty work the following information is required:

  • Outdoor Unit Model Number
  • Indoor Unit Model Number
  • Date of Supplier, Name of Supplier and Tax Invoice Number
  • Date of Installation, Name of Installer, Installer Licence Number and Tax Invoice Number
  • Owner’s Contact Details

Whilst each manufacturer’s warranty is different, generally the following are not covered

  • Blocked filters and drains due to lack of servicing
  • Outside impact to the unit, i.e. lightning, physical damage, water damage, fire, power surges or flood
  • Internal damage to the unit due to pests or insects including mice chewing the wires, geckos short circuiting power boards and ant nests
  • Power brown outs
  • Work completed by unauthorised technicians


Fujitsu General Australia provides a 5 year full parts and labour warranty for all domestic air conditioning systems sold in Australia. All Daikin split, multi-split and ducted air conditioners professionally installed in residential premises in Australia recieve a 5 year parts and labour warranty. In addition, Daikin also provides warranties for commercial units and air purifier product ranges. Mitsubishi Electric Australia

Professionally installed Mitsubishi Electric P, M and S series air conditioning units recieve a 5 year parts and labour warranty. For more information download the Mitsubishi Electric Warranty Card.
