The man with a plan. Shaun’s high energy and enthusiastic approach means you will no doubt speak with him if you are bringing an audacious project to life. Shaun has over 20 years electrical, solar, refrigeration and air conditioning experience. After building his electrical company, Fuse Contracting, from the ground up, Shaun purchased Jadair from Jarrod in 2021. Shaun’s expertise and personable nature ensures Jadair customers still receive the same level of excellence we pride ourselves on.

If you are calling Jadair there is a good chance that Gaby will be your first point of contact! Gaby is dedicated to ensuring a smooth, seamless installation process for all our clients. With years of experience in the energy industry, Gaby’s expertise in designing and implementing efficient solar solutions is invaluable. Her silly jokes and infectious laugh keep the office atmosphere lively and fun, while her dedication to Jadair Electrical inspires us all.

The master of multitasking, Ash is responsible for keeping everything running smoothly. She’s the go-to person for coordinating schedules, managing resources, and balancing priorities to ensure every project runs smoothly. Ash’s ability to multitask and prioritise helps keep us on track, even during the busiest of times. When she’s not crunching numbers or enjoying her iced coffee, Ash can be found spending time with her family, exploring new places, and trying new food.

After completion of his apprenticeship, Wayne continued working for air conditioning and domestic electrical companies developing a well-rounded skill set perfect for our customers! With over a decade of experience in the field, Wayne is an invaluable asset to Jadair Electrical. Adept at identifying potential issues before they become major problems, when Wayne isn’t busy fine-tuning air con units you can find him at the local park with his two young children and pets.

Our go-to-guy for troubleshooting, installations and keeping homes powered safely and efficiently. Jesse is an invaluable asset to the Jadair team with a passion for installing air conditioning systems and off-roading in his trusty 80 series Landcruiser. Jesse’s love for 4WDing has taught him the importance of precision and attention to detail. He takes great pride in ensuring that every air conditioning system he installs is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.

Troy is a dedicated technician with a passion for troubleshooting and problem solving. With a knack for diagnostics, he ensures that our customers receive prompt and reliable service. When Troy isn’t on the tools, you can guarantee he’s racing home to take the boat out! Troy’s love for fishing has taught him the importance of patience, persistence, and attention to detail, all of which translate well into his work as an electrician.

Our rockstar electrician with a flair for the unexpected! With his toolbox in one hand and air guitar in the other, Lucas brings a unique energy to every job he tackles. Don’t let his air guitar shenanigans fool you, when it comes to electrical work, Lucas is a true professional. With extensive experience in electrical and solar energy, Lucas is dedicated to helping our customers.

With a passion for tinkering with machines and gadgets from a young age, Brock has developed an impressive set of skills in his years of training and hands-on experience. Brock spends most of his week crawling through ceilings completing our installations however you may spot him completing your air conditioning service and maintenance on occasion! A young and ambitious member of our team, Brock brings a fresh perspective to every project, and is always eager to take on new challenges.

Our go-getter apprentice with a sizzling passion for more than just electrical. Ethan has a hidden talent that’ll make your taste buds tingle. Ethan’s passion for cooking and electrical work are a perfect match. Both require a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. So, whether he’s wiring up a room or perfecting his grilling technique, Ethan brings the same level of focus to every task.

Max joined the Jadair Electrical team in 2022 and has quickly learnt that being an apprentice is far from glamorous. Max is all about diving headfirst into the electrical trade and mastering everything there is to know about air conditioning systems and installations. With a strong work ethic and willingness to take on any tasks, we are excited to see where his enthusiasm will take him in the future.

Conan is our lively furry friend and resident Jadair doggo! With his fluffy coat and wagging tail, he is the ultimate morale booster. Conan’s presence in the office reminds us to take breaks, enjoy the little things and always have a positive outlook. When he’s not busy lending an ear (or rather, a paw) you will likely find him taking a nap under a desk, recharging his batteries ready to greet the next customer.
