With more than 20 years in the industry, there aren’t many problems Shaun hasn’t come across and he’s still the person we turn to when no one else can figure something out. These days, he’s usually providing technical support, inspecting jobs or finding an excuse to play in the warehouse. Outside work, he’s happiest on a dirt bike.

Ash keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes at Jadair, across everything from sales and operations to finance, marketing and recruitment. If there’s a decision to make, a problem to solve or something new to roll out, she’s usually somewhere in the middle of it. Despite working in air conditioning, she’s always cold – jumper on, regardless of the weather.

If you’ve called the Jadair office, chances are you’ve spoken to Gaby. Between answering the phones, quoting, administration and scheduling the team, she’s a familiar voice to many of our customers and usually the first to pick up when the phone rings. She’s often joined at her desk by one of the dogs, who have become almost as familiar around the office as she is.

Thys is our go-to for ducted air conditioning installations and one of those tradies who seems to know the answer to just about everything. He’s calm, patient and always happy to help, whether that’s a customer on site or one of the team with a question. When he’s not working on our projects, he’s usually in his shed finding a project of his own.

There isn’t much we can’t throw at Hayden these days. From fault finding and electrical work to installations and leading jobs on site, he’s smart, hardworking and always gets on with the job. He’s also one of the most polite people you’ll meet, which hasn’t gone unnoticed by our customers.

Jack works across electrical and air conditioning and will be spending plenty of time fault finding when summer rolls around. He’s been with Jadair for a few years now, so he’s worked alongside most of the team and across plenty of different jobs. He’s also still our resident Rubik’s Cube expert — which may come in handy when an air conditioner refuses to cooperate.

Some people just make a workday better, and Daniel is one of them. Between residential electrical, power circuits, switchboards and installations, he brings plenty of positive energy to site and has quickly become a team favourite. Being kind and always ready to get involved probably helps – although having a wife who makes an excellent focaccia hasn’t exactly hurt his popularity either.

Smoke alarms and air conditioning servicing keep Maycee busy across plenty of our residential jobs, with electrical work increasingly added to the mix. She’s happy to get stuck in and more than capable of keeping the boys on their toes. The same applies outside work, where you’ll usually find her four-wheel-driving — a bit of mud has never been much of a deterrent.

If there’s a roof space nobody else particularly wants to crawl into, Harvey is our secret weapon. His ability to squeeze into just about anywhere comes in handy across the smoke alarm, electrical and air conditioning work he does with us. He’s also polite, positive and almost always in a good mood – usually with an audiobook playing while he drives between jobs.

Quick with a comeback and rarely short of something to say, Miles brings plenty of personality to the team. You’ll usually find him working across electrical and air conditioning installations, building his experience alongside the crew. Working with this team also means any small mistake is remembered far longer than necessary – something Miles has learned pretty quickly.

We first met Finn when he came to Jadair for school work experience and he’s been part of the team ever since. Quiet and keen to learn, he’s often found helping out on our ducted installations. Earlier this year he made a less subtle impression by attempting to grow a mullet. Unfortunately for Finn, team photo day brought that experiment to an end.

Almost three years at Jadair has made Jaymie an important part of what happens behind the scenes. As Ash’s right hand, she picks up just about everything that doesn’t fit into the day – helping with administration, follow-ups and the endless little things that keep the business moving. She’s reliable, adaptable and has become someone we genuinely couldn’t imagine the office without.

With plenty of calls coming into Jadair each day, Kevin helps make sure there’s always someone at the other end of the phone. He supports the office with incoming enquiries and wherever an extra set of hands is needed. He’s also quietly one of the funniest people on the team, particularly when it comes to choosing the perfect GIF for any situation in the team chat.

Conan is our lively furry friend and resident Jadair doggo! With his fluffy coat and wagging tail, he is the ultimate morale booster. Conan’s presence in the office reminds us to take breaks, enjoy the little things and always have a positive outlook. When he’s not busy lending an ear (or rather, a paw) you will likely find him taking a nap under a desk, recharging his batteries ready to greet the next customer.
