    Is the electrical circuit included in the quote?
    Yes. All Jadair Electrical quotes are 100% comprehensive. We use fully licensed electricians to handle all required circuitry and wiring, meaning you will never face hidden electrical fees.
    What is the best size ducted system for my home?
    Bigger is not always better. An oversized system cools too fast without removing the humidity, leaving your home feeling clammy. We custom-design the exact capacity required for your specific floor plan.
    Do I need the wireless wall sensors? (Optional Upgrade – AirTouch 5 ITC sensor)
    If you want true room-by-room comfort, yes. Standard systems measure temperature at the hallway. Adding AirTouch 5 ITC sensors allows the system to read and adjust the exact temperature in every individual room automatically.
    What are the key components of a ducted air conditioning system?
    A typical system includes an outdoor compressor and condenser coil to release heat, an indoor evaporator coil to absorb heat, and a network of ducts to distribute the cooled air throughout your home.
    Does a ducted system require three-phase power?
    Larger capacity systems often do. Our electricians assess your switchboard during our free on-site consultation to ensure your home can safely and legally power the new unit.
    How long does installation take?
    Most residential ducted air conditioning installations are completed within one to two days. Larger homes, multi-storey properties or installations requiring significant electrical work may take longer. Before installation, we’ll explain the expected timeframe and any preparation required.
